Sub Asst Commissioners of the Bureau R. F. & A. L. throughout the State are instructed to send aged or infirm freed people, as those suffering from
any organic disease or permanent disability of any kind rendering them unable to support themselves, and who have no children or relations who are
able to support them to the Freedmens Hospital established at Magnolia on the
St. Johns River. The patients will be sent via Jacksonville and the
probable time of their arrival, so that provision may be made for their accommodation while awaiting transportation to the Hospital from that Post.
