On this 8th day of October 1870 personally appeared before me, a Notary Public in and for the County and State aforesaid, Patty Murray (now Martin) a resident of St. Augustine
County of St. Johns and State of Florida who, being duly sworn, doth on her oath declare that she was the widow of Andrew Murray late a Corporal in Company G 33rd Regiment,
United States Colored Troops, who died in the service of the United States on or about the 15th day of October1865 that after the death of her said husband, as above stated, she
had not married again previous to the date of the passage of the Act of Congress, approved July 28, 1866, providing additional bounty.

Also personally appeared James H. Lang and William Van Dyke residents of St. Augustine County of St. John's and State of Florida, to me known as credible and worthy persons,
who, being duly sworn, depose and say that they are personally acquainted with Patsy Murray, the above-named declarant, and know that she is the identical person she represents
herself to be that they were present and saw her make her mark to the foregoing declaration; that to their personal knowledge her statements as set forth in her foregoing
declaration; that to their personal knowledge her statements as set forth in her foregoing declaration are ture; and that they have no interest direct or indirect in theclaim to which
this paper is supplementary evidence.

Sworn to and subscribed before me this eighth day of October 1870 and I hereby certify that the foregoing declaration and joint affidavit were carefully read to declarant and affiants
before signing; and that I have no interest in the claim to which this paper is supplementary evidence.
