The New Orleans District association of Congregational Churches, opened in Howard Church, Friday night Oct 28th 1921 at 7:30 p.m.  Devotional
exercise was conducted by Mr. J. M. Pardo the Annual Sermon was preached by Rev. A. A. Brown pastor of Central Congregational Church. The Music
was furnished by Central Choir.

The Angola mission was presented by Gen Sup Alfred Lawless Jr. after which Mr. Jas Thomas made a motion which was carried, that an offering be taken
and sent to the mission from the District association
